About Us
Beginning as an apprentice for his Grandfather’s company in 1979, Alvin has been in the construction business for over 40 years. In 1991, Alvin began managing Senior Living and Multi-family properties. While he flourished in his property management role, he could not stay away from the construction side of things!
So, in 2000, Alvin formed his first home improvement company. Continuing to grow, Alvin established himself as a licensed residential and commercial builder, with the creation of Lynn Charles Group, LLC in 2008. In 2017, Alvin’s wife Tarsha joined the business as a managing business partner. In addition to maintaining the day-to-day operation of the business including making design decisions, Tarsha is also a Licensed, Realtor.
